The Journey
Individual Group Workshops

Research shows that mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and relational health are necessary to maintain a healthy, fulfilled, and balanced life.

There is an abundance of information on achieving healthy relationships and how to be healthy mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, but not all address the lifestyle changes or skills necessary to achieve it. If you are interested in a hands-on workshop that will teach you skills that will help you achieve healthier relationships and get rid of toxic patterns that may be affecting your life, The Journey workshop may be right for you.

How We Can Help

The good news is that it is never too late to learn and cultivate the skills necessary to achieve and maintain healthy relationships. If you are in a committed relationship and want to learn these skills, we may have workshops that can help.

What is The Journey Workshop?

The Journey is a C.O.R.E. FIT workshop designed to improve individual mental health and decrease the toxic interaction patterns that plague many people in their daily lives. This workshop will help individuals develop relational goals, thinking patterns, behavioral skills key to building healthy, honest, trusting, and loving relationships. These benefits of healthy relationships, vital to successful living, will help individuals maximize their hopes and dreams.

The Journey is delivered in a getaway retreat group format that is both didactic and experiential. These skills are learned through instruction, group discussion, and the use of physical fitness exercises as metaphor to work through challenges and practice skill building. Individuals will have the opportunity to learn from each other and feel supported by group members who also seek to strengthen their relationships. C.O.R.E. FIT also includes an action maintenance support plan that includes accountability, community support, and resources to sustain participant’s growth post workshop.
