What is the C.O.R.E. FIT 7 Days Challenge

The C.O.R.E. FIT 7 Days Challenge is a transformational strength-based tool designed to initiate healthy behavioral change, build positive habits, and overcome stagnation and procrastination. After you sign-up, each week a quote will be given along with questions that will challenge an area of personal growth. The task will be to complete a small healthy behavioral step (i.e., behavior that could be observed) in the next 7 Days. In other words, not just thinking positive thoughts, but practicing actions that positive thoughts produce. After you have completed the Challenge let us know how it went. C.O.R.E. FIT will periodically host a 90-minute 7 Days Challenge recap on Zoom to celebrate, support, and encourage participants’ progress. It is encouraged along with your behavioral step that you add a 15-minute physical exercise.

The out come of the 7 Days Challenge can lead to building momentum that helps you tackle life challenges, live with purpose, achieve important goals (mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, and relationally) thereby creating the optimal relational experience in all aspects of a person’s life.
